We bought this computer on June 15th and have been using it for several hours a day (office environment) ever since. It didn't boot into Windows this morning. No matter what we do, it goes straight into the BIOS. We are currently receiving technical support. Their initial reaction was quick but nothing worked and for now we're pretty sure it just needs to be replaced. We're pretty sure this crash was just an accident as the build quality seems great, but it's rather disappointing. . When this computer ran, it was very quiet yet powerful, and boot times were very quick. You really can't beat a small footprint. Will update this review when this issue is resolved. Hope very soon!
