I use it daily. It has features that help and do some pretty amazing things. At this moment. I would trust this tool more than others. I'm a tech, I work for Ford, and yes we have scanners, but they're usually busy and hard to come by. I needed a tool. that while I wait I can get closer to a good diagnosis. Tee times are a nightmare. Access to the machine itself. Then you're in! In case you don't know, ALL scan tools are slow to access machine because they need to check and scan computers on 3 or more networks. There are now so many languages, network speeds and protocols that this is a necessary delay. Our Ford IDS is slower than this tool. SERIOUSLY, this particular tool is a hidden secret and if you're in the business, BUY IT! I'm a techie and I think the store should cover the cost of the scanner. I bought it to be productive. Stop sitting back and waiting. Now I can do most jobs without using the store's IDS. If still under warranty I must use the factory tool to keep records. This thing programmed 8 keys, 5 remotes, I've tweaked the settings in my car and done a lot of resets and factory configurations. This is a $5,000 mid-range tool at $1,400. Seriously, I did some research. I checked if the option is in the menu then the tool will do it. It's proven. 1.5 months and VERY HAPPY.
