Received this product as a gift instead of a Kitchenaid blender. Of course my expectations were different as this was clearly not a Kitchenade. Having had this product for 3 years I have to say that the durability is excellent. It works exactly as I took it out of the box. In other words, it shouldn't be called anything other than "baby" as it will spill food everywhere and destroy anything it comes in contact with. I cannot attempt to mix anything beyond the first setting or I will clean the blanket after each use. It doesn't matter what height I use the bowl at, somehow it even manages to stain my kitchen with whatever I'm trying to mix within at least a two foot radius - cake batter, pizza batter, etc. Recommend this one product for everyone who want to make repairs, not for mixing products.
