Review on Ironton by Billy Reeves

I had high aspirations as a reviewer for Ironton's web store, but I was ultimately disappointed. The website's poor performance and confusing design made shopping on it a chore. I had more questions than answers because of how often product information was either erroneous or insufficient. Requests for assistance from customer service were met with vague and unsatisfactory responses. While they have a wide variety of equipment and home improvement items, the quality of what I bought was less than stellar. It was really disappointing that some of the things failed after only a few uses. In sum, unless these problems are fixed and customer support is enhanced, I cannot endorse purchasing from Ironton's online store.
