Video was just plug and play on my Surface Book 2. I connect it to 2 x 1080 24" monitors via DisplayPort. Few PD cords but once I got it working it charged just as well via the Anker 100w charger as if the charger was plugged in directly. A good solution for working on the go when you need to connect 2 monitors but don't want to lug the docking station with you. your backpack every day. Just a very small note is that I would like the USB-C cable to be either longer or more flexible for easier cable management.
