We ordered one of these for our child who had just started taekwondo, and it inflated fine, but over a series of days it lost all in the bag. We had discarded all the packaging and reached out to the company for resolution and they wanted us to send the product back, which we were unable to do. A simple solution would have been to immediately remedy the issue, but instead we ended up throwing it out at a loss of $45 for a defective product. Unfortunate and I was hoping for better customer service for a product that wasn’t exactly "cheap”.
