I am very happy with this giant light mat! I have a light pad in a Diamond Art Kit. That's the only reason I want or need a light pad: to do my diamond art projects. This standard lightbar from the kit worked perfectly, only for some projects it was too small. This was a constant annoyance with the canvas hanging over the edge. This will never happen to me again! This light mat is almost twice the size of my original light mat! It's just hair less than twice. It's huge! I love it. My canvases will never be too big for my light mat again. The cable is quite long probably twice the length of my previous cable. It's an ugly white color, but that's a minor point. As impressed as I was, I was all set to be miserable for hitting the power button - and I was able to land the plane by brightness level! I pressed the button again and it went off. There was no clear way to adjust the brightness. But I went to the product page, then to the included instructions and found them. HOW TO DIMPLE AND BRIGHTNESS THE LIGHT: Click to turn it on.
