I got this for an old Schwinn Continental. This system expects a larger diameter tube. Even after I used all of the fillers it still wasn't tight enough. The swing around yoke is a one piece Chinese knockout that cannot be adjusted. There is no elegant workaround other than finding something that can be used as a filler to get the right angle. Otherwise the pack will be dipping down to the front wheel. Seems some sort of ratcheting system built into the molded plastic is needed to get the pack at the right angle.
