One of the Amazon pictures shows the basic idea behind using it, but no instructions came with the product itself. I'm pretty skilled, but I've never used a rivet gun and it didn't take me long to figure out how to use one. But when I first tried to put a rivet in I tried to unscrew the 3 dials at the end but it ended up just falling apart and it took a few minutes to put it back together. It turns out that you undo the knobs to fully seat the rivet and then turn the knobs back down to push the rivet out. I like that a small portion of the bin collects small metal sticks that fall. Use this, but it's a two-handed rivet "gun", so you can't use your hands for anything else like holding rivets. Comes with a variety of rivet sizes which you can see in the Revain photo.
