A rivet nut tool is removed on first use. Other OK

When I first tried to use the tool and convert it to a rivet nut tool it was very confusing and when I finally got it set up the included rivet nut ripped off the nut assembly and became part of the tool unusable. Try the tool as soon as possible, don't wait until you want to use it after the return date like me. I have tried a different size of rivet nut, it worked well, I will contact the company for feedback if this is unsuccessful.

Pros

are easy to use: it can be convenient to remove and change the mandrel and tips by hand without tools.
