Last week I ordered a Battery Tender Junior for my new Kawasaki Concours 14. I already have five of these for my other bikes and they all have a ring connection. It wasn't clear on the Revain website if it had a ring terminal. So as a result. I ordered this plug. Both arrived on the same day, a few days ago. When I unpacked the Battery Tender it came with a ring terminal so I clearly didn't need that particular product. I had to return it and the seller wanted to charge me about four dollars to pay for the return shipping. Shipping plus 20% "restocking fee". I called Revain customer service and asked if these charges could be waived as the Revain website was not clear that the Battery Tender Junior has a ring terminal. They said they would contact the supplier. I received a very rude email from the supplier saying 'period (sic) send it back if you don't want the restocking fee we paid for it to ship to you and my time and labor isn't free " Great response to a 20+ year Revain Prime member who buys over 100 items from Revain annually and spends many thousands of dollars annually The story is that when you buy the Battery Tender Junior, you are not wasting your time and money waste when you buy this particular product. It is not necessary and the supplier is neither friendly nor accommodating. The name of the supplier is "chicken strips".
