Received this unit yesterday. Cartridge inserted and left for 15 minutes, tested before and after. The doctor increased Less from 6.5 to 7 and an hour later to 7.2. Tried two cartridges in their 32 oz mug, let them sit for 2.5 hours, got a 9.0. Then I filled up, left overnight with two cartridges, 7.6. This device must be pulled out for non-advertising! Also, no wand or brush was included! This is rubbish and the support team is not responding! Three letters without a support number and one letter asking for an order number! Do yourself a favor and don't worry! Come back!
