Quickly delivered, packaged well, and bag was better than described. I didn't expect it to hold as much as it does and it's not even at it's full capacity yet. I work a lot from home and shuffling paperwork back and forth was becoming a nuisance. This bag holds everything I need and still has room for more. Upon opening it, I didn't like the overall feel of the outside of it (I'm assuming it's the fire retardant), but after time it seems to have settled quite a bit so doesn't feel as different or sticky (if that's the right adjective). The lock is an awesome feature, especially since I work in financials so a lot of sensitive information is kept in it. Overall I'm very impressed and feel it was well worth the money spent.
