I used these tires last year on my LEXUS 450D, and after driving over the snow and ice, I noticed that about 30% of the spikes had worn down. Perhaps now someone will say something like, "He tore from the spot; the speeds are high; he drove all summer on asphalt." Not at all! I didn't drive in the summer because this vehicle isn't fast, you can't take off from a specific location, and vice versa. There hadn't been any issues like that before HKPL 8 came around.
