Quality ingredients effective when used correctly

Great thing, I really believe in casein as a bedtime supplement, especially on training days. I've seen results and this has other things you need to process proteins. It's digested slowly, so it helps you repair your muscles instead of burning your muscles while you sleep. What people don't realize is that muscle repair and growth occurs during sleep. I like. A little difficult to mix, put water in the shaker first and then add the measuring spoon, it makes a big difference.
