Ah! The inner drive cable came loose from the final drive pin during the initial operation. replacement in the box. Thanks. The seller responded quickly, sent another one and all is well. The tool is excellent. Powerful, quiet. It has a Jacobs chuck and is adjustable to 1/4 inch. Some other units are only 5/32.
