Review on πŸ”₯ Hakko FX600 Soldering Iron with Temperature Limiting Feature: A Comprehensive Review and Buying Guide by Kevin Woods

Revainrating 5 out of 5

great little iron - iron

The next best thing to a travel soldering station. I have Hakko 936 and 888D stations at home, but taking them to work is too much, so the FX600 fills the gap. I can use T18 tips from my stations and choose the right tip design to get the best results. The device heats up quickly in about 30 seconds after switching on until the light starts flashing indicating that the desired temperature has been reached (I usually leave it at 320). I've only had this device for a few months, but it works great. I have no complaints about that.

Pros
  • welding and soldering
Cons
  • fragile
