I definitely recommend removing the grille during installation to ensure all clamps are secure. *** TIP: When installing inserts, start from the bottom and ensure they are fully seated in the groove of the grate opening. This will help install the insert. Also, setting it up in warmer weather or using a heat gun to heat the double-sided tape will help with initial adhesion.
