The best part of this software was how easy it made our jobs in terms of creating quotes for customers as well as managing all their maintenance needs! It's also very helpful when we have questions about what they need done or if there are any issues with parts/equipment. I wish you could add more functions like scheduling appointments which would make us able to schedule service calls easier than using excel sheets. We can now see at-a glance who has been serviced thus far so no one misses an opportunity without realizing it. This allows me (the customer) to be informed sooner rather then later should something go wrong after being fixed by another technician before my visit date arrives. Also helps keep track of repairs needed vs completed. Makes tracking time spent working much simpler since everything will show up under your account number instead of having multiple spreadsheets open just to check.
