This saved me almost $300 on dealer repairs. I've done this before with a rebuilt rear wiper motor on our 2005 Chevrolet Uplander that I bought at a local NAPA store. It was over $85 with the main fee. After installing it I had to go back to the store and give them the old part to get a nearly $22 refund. This part (a few years later) is reasonably priced (no standing charge) and is owned by ACDelco. My complaint about the "aftermarket" part I used previously was that the wiper area appeared to be over 180 degrees, causing it to partially go behind the underside of the rear window. I installed this ACDelco using the YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDz5uT4Tkhk) and it worked great and is to the right specs. It really was a "spit" and I don't even consider myself a "rear mechanic". The hardest part of this was removing and installing the rear door inner plastic panel (the last one was the hardest). But that wasn't so bad either. Definitely not a "showstopper" when it comes to saving big bucks! This is a project that even a novice car repairer can do.
