This was actually the second projector I've bought after accidentally ordering one with a low resolution (too low for my taste) and not enough lumens. I returned it and chose this one and although we had some shipping issues (Revain's fault) we received it and the first one we received had a dead pixel. We sent it back and got a second one. The second was boldly used, dirty, scratched in the mounting area, and the lens cap was missing. I had to call customer service because they wouldn't let me return, but this one was worse than the first! BUT. I ended up getting a new projector in the box with no dead pixels and it works great. I'm not sure if this experience is a general indication that this product doesn't have good quality control, but I was bored.
