I have a small cast. I ordered size xl and it fits perfectly. When I entered it, it worked perfectly. I ended up returning only because the hot weather in San Antonio made me feel like it was going to be too hot. I ordered disposable shoe covers and find they work great with the boot taped to them. We really rained today and it's expected to last until the end of the week so I regret bringing it back because now I can't leave the house unless I want my boot to get wet. The overshoes were well made and fit perfectly from top to bottom, I highly recommend.
