I like that it is flexible, adaptable to needs as they arise without too much trouble! It has been easy for our organization so far - no major issues at this time but always good have an idea where you are going with software before purchasing/implementing into your system or processes.- Some customization might be needed which can potentially cost some money depending upon what's required by client.
The product itself could definitely do more workflows within B2C side also if there were any available options such as multi account setup etc.. There will probably never come out another option than having 2 separate systems till now and we don't want yet again just because its not able enought support all features from one tool only. We're looking forward towards integration between B2E & C2D sides once implemented properly.
