Review on 🎨 Winsor & Newton 1437331 Winton Oil Color Paint - Premium 200-ml Tube, Ivory Black: High-Quality and Long-lasting by Carol Miller

I am not an artist but I ordered oil paints for a friend. She said it was good quality paint. My only complaint is that I ordered two sets of 10 packs, a black 200ml tube and a white 200ml tube. Everything I've ordered has gone down in price right after ordering. This black tube, for example, cost $14 pre-tax with some adjustments, as soon as it shipped the price dropped below $10. I didn't know the paint market was so volatile. I usually don't care, but what are the chances that the price of 4 different paint materials will go down at the time of shipping? Is someone mocking me or am I just an idiot?
