It is always a pleasure to buy a product that proves to be of outstanding quality. This is definitely one of those items. This is a very simple element, so the quality criteria are quite simple: - Good machining tolerances: This product has excellent tolerances. The threads do not break and are definitely not tied. They are perfect.- Thick, High Quality Anodizing: This product is anodized to a thick, uniform, dark black color. Poorly anodized products have a thin layer that scratches and is not as rich in color. - Good packaging, installation, instructions, etc.: This product comes with two left-hand connectors and two right-hand connectors, so it can fit any M10x1.25 installation. A lot of bikes (including my MT-09) have left and right hand threads, so you're essentially getting free backups with this kit. My personal recommendation is that you use blue Loctite for the threads and screw in with a plastic scraper or something similar. So you don't run the risk of damaging the threads or slot of the pan head in any way. It's aluminum, so trying to screw it in with a steel screwdriver may damage the finish or the connector itself. This has nothing to do with poor quality, it must have something to do with material science and if you want to customize your bike, you should better learn something about such things.
