Review on 💦 Stay Refreshed on the Go with the Hydro Flask Insulated Standard Mouth Sport Cap by Kyle Awasthi

I liked the sports cap for the first two weeks I wore it and before I knew it I was having the same problem with the cap as everyone else. A small piece of rubber covering the vent area (very small, and the barley is even visible in the photos) came loose. It's very difficult to put back on and I actually couldn't put it back on (you may not even be able to find the rubber piece after it comes loose due to its size. Also due to the complicated design/length of the cap you won't be able to find the rubber piece just put it back in place). Because of this, I stopped using it within two weeks. Once the rubber part comes off, you can no longer use the cap effectively because as soon as you tip the bottle to drink or place it sideways in your backpack, the water will start to spill out through the small opening. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews when I bought this cap, but I hope my review will help those who are considering buying it themselves. You might get lucky and the rubber band won't come loose, but I wouldn't risk it. As has happened to many others, myself included. If the elastic remained intact, a sports cap would have been very comfortable.
