It's not bad to use as is (it doesn't crash or freeze) but it can be buggy when there are too many people online at once so that you lose your connection with chatbot for some time.
I've been using this software in my small business since March 2018 and haven't had any issues yet. We help our clients from all over US via live chats during their service needs. This program has helped us reach more customers faster than before without having an employee do those tasks manually which was very tedious for me as well.
