These bulbs are very pretty and have the advantage of being able to select the shade you want right on the bulb. You can choose from three settings; 2700K, 3000K and 5000K to suit your specific application or match these lamps to existing lighting. The size of the bulbs are a perfect replacement for the BR30 and the brightness appears to be that of a standard 65w bulb but they only draw 8w of power so will save you a lot of money on electricity consumption over time. The light is also well diffused and does not irritate the eyes. The lamps are also dimmable, which is a big plus if you want to use them with a dimmer. Can't comment on durability yet, but so far they're all working. LEDs usually last a long time, but if one of them fails prematurely I'll update this information. The pack of 12 lamps was a good choice and I would recommend them.
