I would try it. An internet search revealed that MuscleTech has been involved in a class action lawsuit involving protein stacking for several years and it appears they are attempting to offset this with higher quality products. Premium Gold 100% gets really good reviews from attractions other than Revain, so it seems quality. I don't usually pay much attention to the taste of protein powders. I think if it tastes like a milkshake it probably has more sugar than high quality ingredients, but this product tastes pretty good with just two grams of sugar and I mix it with water and it mixes well. I don't give it 5 stars because of the high cholesterol. My MyProtein THEWHEY regular protein blend has only 10mg of cholesterol, 0g of sugar and 25g of protein. Whereas MuscleTech Premium Gold contains 60 mg cholesterol, 2 g sugars and 24 g protein. For the price it's great and if I see it on sale again I'll buy it again while I wait for THEWHEY to drop back under $40 for 60 servings.
