I ordered two of these. 1 for the driver's seat and 1 for the driver's back seat. The rear works as described and can be assembled without any problems. The front one was more difficult to install and didn't work. I thought the problem lies elsewhere. I ended up unplugging the drive again to bench test it (applying power/ground directly to the device) and nothing worked. I took another block and ran the same dyno test as the drive assembly. I quickly arranged for the first part to be returned and got my money back through Revain. I was very disappointed that it arrived in a non-working condition. It would be helpful if the instructions are in the text to confirm the process before installing.
