Review on 🎱 6 Pool Billiard Cue Rack + Ball Set Wall Holder - 100% Wood, Choose Mahogany, Dark Oak, or Black Finish by David Finley

So this shelf is very cheap compared to all the others I could find and looking at some of the reviews I saw I knew I might need to do some work on it. I'm great at modifying things as I have the tools and skills (albeit limited). I have to start by saying that I think the manufacturer has fixed some of the issues others had, I didn't see any dents or dents and both bottom and top mounting brackets were supplied. I bought a black one and put a small chip in it, but the permanent marker fixed it. Otherwise, this is exactly what I expected and was able to easily mount it with drywall anchors. All parts are pre-drilled and fit together as expected. There were instructions, but they were unnecessary. I prefer to incorporate cleats for these things, especially since they are wider than 16 inches, so I modified mine. photo) and spread them 16 inches apart so I could hit two studs and lower them down to hide behind a tree. It's not attached to the wall, but you can't tell when it's hung. I pre-drilled a small hole to avoid splitting (which other reviews have discussed as a problem) so I didn't have to worry. The cue stands on the bottom are of pretty poor quality but I think this device deserves a little more attention than what other reviews have given so I gave it 5 stars.
