Requires equipment, tools, paint, time and patience

Well that could be a great product; However, it turned into a frustrating experience. It arrived with no hardware or pre-drilled holes. The wooden dowel or pin that holds the ball rack in the center of the frame was not included. Be very careful when drilling holes as the wood will splinter. You will also need to purchase L-braces and attach to the bottom of the frame and wall for stability; Otherwise the frame will detach from the wall every time the cue is removed. The frame came with useless

Professional looking stand, great price, make sure you set it up correctly.

I bought this item to store balls, cues and chalk for my pool table. Having installed the item with minor modifications I am happy to write that it was a great purchase. The counter looks great and is a deep mahogany color. The cutouts on the bottom cue tray look great, almost like cork. The product requires assembly, but it's not that difficult if everything is done correctly. Great pool cue stand for the price, not the highest quality but slight modifications make it a great buy

So this shelf is very cheap compared to all the others I could find and looking at some of the reviews I saw I knew I might need to do some work on it. I'm great at modifying things as I have the tools and skills (albeit limited). I have to start by saying that I think the manufacturer has fixed some of the issues others had, I didn't see any dents or dents and both bottom and top mounting brackets were supplied.
