UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered to replace the item or give me a refund. Since I had already bought a different presentation remote, I asked for a refund and it was given to me right away. It may have just been a faulty item I received but I appreciated how they wanted to make things right for me.I bought this for use in the classroom but most days the remote did not work at all. I liked the size and weight of the remote but that's about it. The USB receiver easily overheats and you cannot use the remote at all when this happens. The spotlight/pointer/magnifier are nice to have BUT it was always off center and useless if you could not move them using the remote. After about a month, the remote does not work now.
