Perfect for my 2001 Honda Odyssey. All of the old seals, gaskets and bushings were hard as rock and allowed oil and vacuum leaks. Things are going better now. I'm very mechanically inclined and this took 3.5 hours. If we had a sealing press, it would be much faster. I recommend replacing the PCV valve, bushing, and vacuum line at the same time. They are blocked by the intake manifold, which must be removed in order to remove the valve covers. Note: Before connecting the intake manifold, connect the PCV vacuum line to the intake manifold. A small amount of grease or a other lube will help with installation.don't overtighten the valve cover bolts as they stick to the aluminum head and can be easily removed.while you're at it check the valve clearances while you take the cover off.I found after replacing the gasket that it has mechanical lifters (instead of hydraulic lifters) which require it wouldn't be so troublesome if you didn't have to remove the intake manifold.
