My back feels much better
Overall, this must be working, since I haven't had any back issues since using it. I usually use this when digging holes and moving rocks out of the way. It's comfortable and easy to put on. The only time I really notice it is after working and just sitting around. That's when I usually loosen it. Also, it doesn't breathe very well, so you will get it sweaty. But for the price, well worth saving the back.
