Great belt. It makes a difference when I am deadlifting heavier weight, helping me stabilize my core and back. I may have needed a smaller size because it wraps all the way to very smallest part of the Velcro but it still works great! I am 5’4’’ about 130Lbs for comparison

Overall, this must be working, since I haven't had any back issues since using it. I usually use this when digging holes and moving rocks out of the way. It's comfortable and easy to put on. The only time I really notice it is after working and just sitting around. That's when I usually loosen it. Also, it doesn't breathe very well, so you will get it sweaty. But for the price, well worth saving the back.

This belt is high quality. I am not a professional weight lifter by any means, but I would say I lift more than the average person for sure. I have used this belt a few times so far and am loving it. It is very well made and provides nice stability and support. You can tell the clasps and the belt in general are good quality and will last for a long time. No complaints so far.

It is well made but too wide. The dimensions were not stated on the details. The belt cuts int my rib cage. The belt may not be durable enough to last through years of use.

First belt I ever got so not much to compare it to. It seems to do what it is intended to, the quality is good and it is easy to use. For as cheap as it was, I'd say this is a good bang for buck product.

The slide that the nylon strap wraps around to fasten the belt is made of carbon steel metal that is painted black. It will rust and is not rust- free contrary to the description. The fabric appears to be made of synthetics, not cotton, also contrary to the description. The core feels like it is made of dense foam. If you want a belt that you can clean and not rust, buy another belt. Too many misrepresentations.
