I needed the right cycling glove for a cold morning. and occasional rain. Compared to my expensive lightweight full leather Thinsulate gloves, this kept my hands/fingers MUCH warmer at basically the same riding temperature. about 45 degrees outside. It's not freezing right now, except when you're driving at 65 mph, the wind is about 30 degrees. They kept my hands warm enough throughout my 35 minute ride. The hole in the glove is on the small side. I have a heavy cycling jacket for cold riding and the cuffs are definitely large. I can barely get this glove over the cuffs of my jacket. I mean it's a fight. You need a full inch diameter over the size of the hole, easy. That's really my only complaint. The glove is too small at the hole to fit over heavy gear. Comfortable to wear, has a small "wiper blade" on it, just like my ski gloves, and kept my hands dry on the commute to work in light rain. Really decent choice for the money BUT if you have big hands and big wrists you might have a hard time getting it over the jacket as I do NOT have big wrists and still barely get this on the cuffs. my thick jacket.
