All tires in the Goodyear Ultragrip series offer good traction in loose snow, and the Ice Arctic is no exception. During the winter, I drove about 9,000 km (Peter) on all surfaces, snow, loose snow, ice, slush, dry asphalt, I liked everything very much. In March, I pulled out of deep mud on these wheels - no problem (front-wheel drive). During a trip to the dacha in front, the 2115, which was walking along the icy track, began to cling to its belly, and decided to leave the track, it didn’t work out, and it stopped buoying, I got out of the track without tension on these wheels, and getting out there was no characteristic dragging of the rear axle along the track forward, just left. 3 cars were parked behind me. During the operation, I still managed to tear out 2 spikes from the front left wheel, but I think that this is due to emergency braking in an emergency on very lousy dry pavement with fine gravel. As for noise, these tires seemed to me quieter than summer tires (bridgestone turanza), maybe it's just because of the good noise of the car. Tires are very nice. Next season, I'll buy the same ones for my wife's car.
