Easy tool for church staff to track membership data
It helped us to know our members better so that we could personalize their experience at church as well as invite them back again in future! I also appreciated how easy it was to use with my limited computer skills (not an IT person!).
The software sometimes froze when logging into from different internet browser or operating systems which made working more difficult but not impossible. We enjoyed using this tool because of its ability to help expand connections between member who otherwise would have drifted apart due to distance and busy schedules.
Pros
- It was easy to use and it was a tool that was well appreciated in our church that helped to expand member connections which also helped in a member personalize experience
Cons
- It was sometimes difficult to use at different operating systems
