Not recommended. The spacers broke off on the track, good thing there wasn't another car around when it happened. The truck rode on the rotor until I was able to pull up on a busy freeway. I then had to walk about a quarter mile to retrieve my red bike, which luckily dodged another vehicle. Do yourself a favor and do without spacer adapters and simply buy a rim with the required offset. The cheap route endangered my family's life. And yes, I retightened all the nuts on all 4 wheels as you suggested.
