Review on Renogy Rover 60 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller: All-in-One Adjustable LCD Display for Gel, Sealed, Flooded, Lithium Batteries by Jonathan Self

I have been using Renogy products for over a year now and have never had a problem. I didn't even look at the system other than to keep track of how much I was charging etc. I needed more power and decided to upgrade my solar system and emailed them to ask what I need to get from 300 to 600w solar power and what would be the most efficient wiring (parallel, serial or parallel/serial) and they gave me all the information I needed. One piece of advice that many people get wrong is that you MUST turn off your solar panels before turning off the DC power to the charge controller. When you first connect the BOOM solar panel, the controller will be connected. I was even able to take a BT-1 bluetooth adapter and transfer it from the 40a rover to the 60a rover. I really like their products and although they are a bit pricey they just work and the customer service is great.
