Review on Ember Temperature Control Smart Battery by Maria Duncan

Bought this for my husband for Christmas as he always gets up to heat coffee. Unfortunately, we were never able to pair it with our Bluetooth. We've done all the web troubleshooting steps (and we're both in IT, so technology is our job). We have also written to the support team as stated on the website. You never answered. I can understand the product breaking and have no issues with it, but the lack of customer support makes the product unusable.
