I love this thing! I've always felt bad about buying car mounts. I usually leave my phone on my lap. However, in the end I decided to act responsibly and buy a mount to avoid playing with the phone while driving. I didn't want to buy a mount because I couldn't find a suitable place to mount it. I live in Florida, I didn't want to block the air vent with my phone. There isn't much room on my dashboard to put glue anywhere else. I didn't want to use a suction cup on the windshield because I didn't want to block my view. But a CD slot? Perfect idea, who uses CDs anyway? Due to the design of my car, my phone blocks some buttons like the alarm or some option buttons. But it sticks out far enough that you can press the buttons on the back of the phone or remove the phone from the cradle. The magnet is strong and will hold your phone. Maybe a little too hard? If you are not careful when trying to remove the phone from the holder, the holder will almost come out of the CD slot. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my purchase.
