This fan is amazing. While I don't know how long it will be, Arizona has become 100 times more comfortable to drive. YOU CAN USE A SOLAR CAN TO POWER THIS FAN. This means you can turn it on on your dashboard when your car is off and parked. Once you're back in your car, you don't have to wait for the air conditioning to cool down before driving on. (It's still hot, but if you know how hot it can get in cars in Arizona, there's a HUGE difference with this fan.) my dash, where there's no room at all for other small fans. It has happened so many times that my phone has overheated and completely shut down. Update: I still think this fan will serve me well, but I see some downsides to using it *in a car* so I wanted to be clear and not mislead. I have a working air conditioner so this review is dedicated to it. This fan will definitely not be replaced, especially not at AZ. I also drive a compact car with a smaller dashboard. So in this case the size and simplicity work great and serve more than one purpose such as cooling my phone by blowing extra air towards me. So, not to confuse anyone, if you're taller or drive a larger vehicle like a truck, it probably won't have the same effect.
