Overall Good Product, But need to improve few things
The best thing about this product is that it has all required features for collecting accurate productivity report from employees in different departments like sales department etc., It also provide option where you could send automatic reminders so as per your requirement we will be able get daily or weekly summary with exact details regarding work done at specific day/weekend.
I think there should some more options available while adding new employee but overall its good tool if used properly then no issues found yet! We were looking into an effective way how our Sales team members track progress towards meeting monthly targets set up before they start working within organization.
Pros
- Provides great flexibility to add additional information alongwith date, time spent , amount spend by each user which helps us analyse their performance easily & effectively.
- Not much complex interface easy enough use
- Greatly appreciated customer support staff who helped me out whenever i faced problem during usage
