Works on F150 from 2004 to 2020.
Label on box from 2004 to 2020. Fits my 2017 F150. Used them on a (made for) 1989 Bronco, 1999 Expedition. and a 2000 Ford Ranger. Works great for my wife who misses seeing the front of new cars. One difference is that the old bulbs were and could be wired to function as markers and turn signals. The new one (this one) is an LED and will work with one or the other but not both. Maybe I'll have a way to fix this by adding it to this review. Too bad they don't make it for the Ford Fusion.
