These Christmas lights are exactly as described. They look great on the Japanese maple we have in our yard and the surrounding shrubbery. The colors are really vibrant and look a lot better than many of our neighbors' old lamps. The only thing I would like to warn anyone buying these is that the wire is clean. This is evident in the photos but still important to note. Personally I have no problem with this as I bought it with the intention of using it outdoors. However, during the day they are much more visible, especially those stretching along our evergreen bushes. That means they don't hide like the ones we use on our Christmas tree which use green wires. You just have to think about whether you want to buy them for this purpose. But for any other use, I highly recommend it.
