Doesn't fit properly

According to the instructions only up to 2017. The bumper bracket doesn't even look like the picture in the instructions. The bracket you are mounting has a protrusion that prevents a flush mount. It also sticks out uncomfortably. I would return this and want a refund, but it took 5 hours to install. I don't have time to repeat it
