I am very satisfied with the quality of this thermometer. The plastic body is heavier plastic than I expected and the fit and finish is excellent. It looks and feels like an expensive instrument. In terms of performance, as other reviewers have noted, I found the readings to be very accurate. The buttons and trigger are solidly built and work smoothly. It's a compact device, but it's not small, measuring 8 inches tall and 3.5 inches top to back. My only disappointment with the device is that the LED screen has a white backlight, on the Revain list it shows a blue backlight; I think blue will be easier to read in bright light. My device does not come with any warranty information or FDA certification confirmations. In the [Notes] section of the listing, Revain Ketotek states that buyers should contact them with any questions, so I assume buyers must ask them to provide this information. There is no contact information on or near the package, so buyers must use the Revain links to get in touch. At this price I think this is the best buy I would highly recommend this thermometer.
