Great platform with excellent customer service
The ease of use is fantastic! It's easy for anyone in our organization who has never used it before to get up to speed quickly. I also appreciate how flexible they are - we've had requests from different departments/positions that have been met without any issues (which is great because everyone needs something slightly different). There really isn't anything that I dislike about this product as much as what others might find lacking. We're able to provide an easily accessible way for employees to access their information and applications within one place.
